16.3 Power Beaverton

Sydney Means is our wonderful Head Coach for our 16.3 team in Beaverton! She has been playing volleyball since age 9, including two years of beach volleyball at a junior college and club volleyball at Washington State University. She continues to play in adult leagues and tournaments. Sydney has five years of coaching experience, including four years coaching club volleyball across all ages from 10s to 18s. Born and raised in Southern California, Sydney moved to Washington and graduated from Washington State University. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Jake Hull is assisting our 16-3 team in Beaverton, bringing his passion for volleyball and athlete development to every practice. He played as a setter for Washington State University’s club team for two years and has two years of high school coaching experience, now entering his second season in club volleyball. Jake is dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy emphasizes hard work, teamwork, and perseverance, striving to bring out the best in every player while giving his best as a coach in every moment.
