5 Easy Steps

Create or Log in to Your LeagueApps Account
– Go to the LeagueApps login page and either sign in or click “Create Account”.
– Use the same email you plan to use for all club communications. -
Navigate to the Tryouts Page
– From our site menu, select Tryouts, select Vancouver, WA. or Beaverton YMCA.
– Once on the tryout page, click Register now. -
Complete All Required Forms
– Fill in player information, emergency contacts, medical waivers, and any custom club-specific forms.
– Make sure no fields are left blank to avoid any issues down the road. -
Review & Checkout
– Confirm your selections, review any fees, and submit payment through the secure LeagueApps checkout.
– You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email shortly afterward.
Common FAQs
Our club has practices 2 days/week with an additional option for strength training & conditioning.
For our Vancouver based club practices are in Vancouver, Battleground, Evergreen school districts & Kingsway.
For our Beaverton based club practices are at the Beaverton YMCA.
Most athletes will play within their assigned age group. However, there are certain scenarios where an athlete would play up or down in an age group. Playing down will require approval. The athlete’s goals will be considered when making the decision.
Typically 2x/month. Occasionally there are 3x due to scheduling conflicts.

Registration is required to attend. Please use link to register.
Yes. We want to encourage athletes to be multi-sport athletes knowing how important it is for their development and enjoyment of the sport. That being said, we won’t always be able to make adjustments due to the complexity of scheduling and facilities. Please keep open communication with your coaches.
Yes to both! We understand the financial strain club dues can have on athletes and their families and work to provide options to alleviate that strain. More info on scholarships & fundraisers can be found here: https://aspirenwvolleyball.com/news/
We have a dedicated Coaching Coordinator whose responsibility it is to field comments, feedback, concerns, etc. Please direct feedback to Coaching@aspirenwvolleyball.com.
Each team has two coaches - a head coach and an assistant coach.
We budget for each team to take 12 players. Some teams may take up to 13.
