Our club price includes everything the athlete needs to be successful. This includes a full uniform package (socks, shoes, kneepads, spandex, warmups, sweatshirt, back pack, water bottle, jerseys, etc). Tournament entry fees, coaches stipends, practice facilities, tournament entries, etc. Flights and housing are not covered for the athletes (except Nationals which are extra fees).

Our club has practices 2 days/week with an additional option for strength training & conditioning.
For our Vancouver based club practices are in Vancouver, Battleground, Evergreen school districts & Kingsway.
For our Beaverton based club practices are at the Beaverton YMCA.
Yes. We want to encourage athletes to be multi-sport athletes knowing how important it is for their development and enjoyment of the sport. That being said, we won’t always be able to make adjustments due to the complexity of scheduling and facilities. Please keep open communication with your coaches.

Each team has two coaches - a head coach and an assistant coach.
Our goal is for each team to participate in approximately two tournaments per month.
Yes, players receive hands-on coaching throughout the season, with a strong focus on skill development and fundamentals. While we do incorporate scrimmages in practice sometimes, our priority is teaching and reinforcing proper techniques to help players improve and correct bad habits.
Yes, Aspire offers virtual strength and conditioning sessions several times a week. All athletes are required to attend at least once per week as part of their training.
The top one to two teams will travel nationally to tournaments. The rest of the teams will stay within the region or adjacent regions. Within region covers all of Oregon and SW Washington.
Yes. These are free of charge and registration will be required. If the positional training lands on a scheduled practice day, athletes can choose to attend either practice. Semi-private sessions will also be offered for an extra fee ($75/athlete).
We have a dedicated collegiate coach on staff who will field and assist with recruitment. They will also run Q&A sessions and host a recruiting night where coaches and former players will attend to talk through the process and their experiences.
Practice starts the week after tryouts are completed.
Tournaments will start in December.
We follow the USA Volleyball guidelines for ages.

14’s & under – Nov. 9th
15’s & up – Nov. 16th
Most athletes will play within their assigned age group. However, there are certain scenarios where an athlete would play up or down in an age group. Playing down will require approval. The athlete’s goals will be considered when making the decision.

We budget for each team to take 12 players. Some teams may take up to 13.
At the end of tryouts, athletes are informed of the team they made. At that time, they are required to commit and pay the club deposit.
We want to be as inclusive as possible, meaning we will avoid cuts if possible. We do have limitations on the number of coaches, facilities and times we can practice so that is taken into consideration when forming teams.
Not quite. It’s no secret that we recruit for our top teams but that does not mean the entire team is formed prior to tryouts. We still evaluate the players at tryouts and select the right players for the team.
2025-26 club season questions
In Vancouver we will have 24 teams. There will be two 18s teams, two 17s teams, four 16s teams, five 15s teams, four 14s teams, three 13s teams, two 12s teams, one 11s team & one 10s teams.
In Beaverton we will have 14 teams. There will be two 16s teams, two 15s teams, three 14s teams, three 13s teams, two 12s teams, one 11s team & one 10s teams.
