Izzy Flores is joining Aspire as the assistant coach for our 14.3 team. She brings 12 years of playing experience across high school, club, and beach volleyball, along with two years of club head-coaching experience.

Izzy is currently a senior at PSU earning her BFA with a minor in psychology, working toward becoming an Art Therapist. She also works as a registered behavior therapist supporting children with ASD, and she brings that same compassion, patience, and dedication into the gym.

Her coaching philosophy centers on resilience, communication, and effort. Izzy believes volleyball is a game of mistakes, and she focuses on supporting athletes both mentally and physically while teaching skills that carry far beyond the court.
