Jourdan Wenzinger leads our 15-1 Beaverton team, bringing over a decade of playing and coaching experience to Aspire NW. She played for Estacada High School, earning First Team All-League, First Team All-State, and Player of the Year honors as a senior. She continued her career at Chemeketa Community College, Adams State University, and Warner Pacific University, earning multiple all-star selections and an athletic scholarship along the way.

Jourdan has more than 12 years of coaching experience, including varsity high school programs and club teams such as LOCOS VBC, NW Reign, and Aspire NW. Most recently, she led the 14-1 team to a 2nd-place finish in CEVA and her 15-1 team to top finishes at national qualifiers, ranking them among the top 15s in the CEVA Open Division.

Originally from Estacada, Oregon, Jourdan enjoys snowboarding, boating with her family, and hiking with her dog, Ruby. She works full-time in volleyball and part-time in hospitality, bringing energy, purpose, and connection to everything she does.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on competition, connection, and grit. She emphasizes building strong relationships with athletes, fostering trust, communication, teamwork, and a positive mindset. Jourdan celebrates effort, progress, and hard work while helping athletes grow not just as players, but as confident, capable individuals who carry the lessons learned on the court into all aspects of life.
