Royal will be assisting our 12.1 Vancouver team this season! She brings ten years of playing experience and a strong passion for helping young athletes grow in the sport.

Royal is currently a senior at Kelso High School and is entering her second year coaching at Aspire. She has also played for Aspire for six years, giving her a deep understanding of the club’s culture, expectations, and training style.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on building confidence, strong fundamentals, and a genuine love for volleyball. Royal prioritizes creating a positive and competitive environment where players feel supported, work hard, and challenge themselves daily. She emphasizes good habits, coachability, and respect—for teammates, opponents, and the game itself.
