Ramey Gardner brings her love of volleyball and global experience to our 16-2 Royal team for Vancouver. With 20 years in the sport, she has played at Central Catholic High School, at Cal State Stanislaus, overseas in London for a university and semi-pro team, and still enjoys playing in adult leagues for fun.

Ramey is in her second year coaching with Aspire, after coaching Rose City 16s in 2023 and serving as JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant at Cleveland High School. She works in real estate and enjoys traveling, spending time with family, hanging out with her dog, and coaching alongside her sister.

Her coaching philosophy emphasizes creating a positive and challenging environment where athletes can grow both on and off the court. Ramey believes volleyball is more than a sport, it’s a chance to develop transferable life skills and build a strong foundation for the future.
