Jourdan Wenzinger leads our 15.1 Beaverton team, bringing more than a decade of playing and coaching experience to Aspire NW. She played for Estacada High School, earning First Team All-League, First Team All-State, and Player of the Year honors as a Libero. She continued her volleyball career in college at the NAIA and D2 levels, receiving multiple accolades along the way.

Jourdan has over 12 years of coaching experience across varsity high school programs and club teams from 12u-18u. Most recently, she guided the 14-1 team to a 2nd-place finish in CEVA and led her 15-1 team to be the top ranked 15’s team in the region, placing them among the top teams in the CEVA Open Division.

Originally from Estacada, Oregon, Jourdan enjoys snowboarding, boating with her family, and hiking with her dog, Ruby. She works full-time in volleyball and part-time in hospitality, bringing energy, intention, and connection to every environment she enters.

Her coaching philosophy centers on accountability, connection, and grit. She prioritizes building meaningful relationships with athletes and fostering trust, communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset. Jourdan celebrates effort, progress, and hard work, supporting athletes as they grow not only as players but also as confident, capable individuals who carry the lessons learned on the court into all areas of life.
