Heather Driver is the head coach of the 14.1 Empire Team in Vancouver. She brings a wealth of experience from her playing days as a four-year varsity starter at Liberty High School and her collegiate career, where she played libero at the College of Southern Idaho and the University of Texas at Brownsville, winning two national championships in four years.

With seven years of coaching experience, including five high school seasons and two club seasons, Heather is passionate about developing athletes both on and off the court.

Off the gym floor, she is a 3rd grade teacher in Hillsboro. She and her husband love fitness, travel, and sports, and in July they welcomed their first child.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on three core principles: attitude and effort, competitive excellence, and a team-first mindset.
