This season Anisha will be coaching our 14.2 Royal Beaverton team and brings over six years of volleyball coaching experience. She played Libero/Defensive Specialist in high school and continues to play in adult leagues. Anisha has coached five years with ABC Apollos, one year at Athena, and served as a high school assistant varsity coach at Southridge.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on growth, competition, and fun. Every time the team is in the gym Anisha wants players to improve, compete, and enjoy the game. She emphasizes trust and mutual respect between coaches and players, with the goal of helping athletes not only become stronger volleyball players but also develop important life skills such as accountability, communication, respect, and leadership.

Anisha lives in Beaverton with her husband, Kyle, and their 2-year-old cavapoo, Chip. She also works full-time as a Technical Product Manager at a mental health company.
