Jessica Binkerd is our amazing 14.2 Assistant in Beaverton! She has been playing volleyball since 5th grade and competed seriously from middle school through high school, playing as a defensive specialist, setter, and right-side hitter. She just completed her first season coaching high school girls volleyball and is excited to bring her experience to Aspire.

Jessica has been involved in volleyball for nearly 15 years. Outside the gym, she enjoys reading, crafting, baking, watching Harry Potter movies, and spending time with her calico cat, Nala.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on developing well-rounded athletes who value teamwork, discipline, and growth. Jessica emphasizes building confidence, communication, and resilience while fostering a competitive yet supportive environment where athletes take ownership of their improvement and play with purpose.
