Addie Ogata leads the 14.1 team in Beaverton with an unmatched depth of experience and a true passion for developing athletes at the highest level. A standout player at Jesuit High School, Addie earned multiple state, league, and national honors, including Oregon State Player of the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year her junior and senior seasons. She went on to become a four-year starter at the Division I level, earning conference and academic honors, finishing her collegiate career with over 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs, and competing in the NCAA Tournament. Addie also continued her career professionally, playing in Innsbruck, Austria.

Her coaching journey includes serving as a graduate assistant at Seattle University, an assistant coach at the University of Portland, and coaching club and high school programs across the country. Most recently, she has coached at Jesuit High School for the past five years, helping guide teams to three consecutive state championships.

Outside the gym, Addie works in education and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and staying active. Her coaching philosophy centers on developing the whole person, building confident athletes who are prepared to succeed not only in volleyball, but in every aspect of life.
