Brooke Lamm is the assistant coach for our 15.2 team in Beaverton. She has over 10 years of playing experience in high school and club volleyball, including competing at Sandy High School under Coach Shy, where she participated in the state tournament each year and was named the 2018 Mt. Hood Conference 6A Player of the Year.

This is Brooke’s third year with Aspire, including one year as a float coach. She is passionate about helping athletes grow and develop their skills while fostering a positive, competitive environment.

Her coaching philosophy emphasizes creating a supportive environment where players feel empowered to take risks, learn from mistakes, and grow both on and off the court. Brooke focuses on teaching fundamentals while instilling teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
