Madi Souers is the assistant coach for the 16.2 Royal Vancouver team, supporting her sister as head coach. She brings over 10 years of playing experience and a deep passion for volleyball. Her competitive journey began in high school, where she played varsity volleyball, and continued in adult leagues throughout college while balancing a demanding pre-med education.

Now in her second year coaching with Aspire, Madi draws on her experience to help athletes build strong fundamentals, a solid work ethic, and a love for the game.

Outside the gym, Madi enjoys spending time with her 3-month-old son Mason and her two dogs, traveling, reading, and exploring her growing interest in baking.

Her coaching philosophy centers on creating an environment where players feel confident, motivated, and excited to grow on and off the court.
