Roni will be coaching our 17.2 team in Vancouver. She brings her experience as both a collegiate indoor and beach player to the club. Growing up in Southern California and now living in Battle Ground with her husband, three dogs, and baby Dac, Roni has a lifelong passion for volleyball. As an undersized hitter herself, she loves helping athletes realize that hard work and commitment can allow them to excel in any position.

Roni’s coaching philosophy centers on building versatile, well-rounded athletes—middles who can pass, outsides who can set, and players who understand the game as a whole. She emphasizes teamwork above all: wins, losses, and growth are always shared as a team. Her goal is to help players develop skills, confidence, and a love for volleyball that lasts well beyond the court.
