Assisting our 17-2 team in Vancouver, Rylee Sneath combines her love for volleyball with a commitment to developing confident, capable athletes. She played for 10 years, including two seasons at Warner Pacific as a defensive specialist, and brings three years of experience as a varsity assistant coach at Sandy High School.

When she’s not coaching, Rylee teaches middle school math, walks her dog, or explores new coffee shops. She is thrilled for the upcoming season and the chance to guide her players.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on creating a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and motivated. She emphasizes respect, integrity, and passion for the game, teaching that success is about growth, confidence, and character as much as wins on the court.
